WE ARE V-FORMATION

Founded in 2025 by longtime cross-country and track coach Brian Dempsey, V-Formation Youth Athletics is bringing an exciting new vision for sports to Frederick. We are building a nonprofit organization dedicated to funding the development of an indoor track and multisport complex where athletes of all ages, abilities, and interests can train, compete, and grow. Our board brings together people with diverse perspectives and experience across a wide range of sports, united by one goal: to create an inclusive, dynamic space that welcomes as many athletic programs and members of our community as possible.
